The College of Visual & Performing Arts is comprised of two departments, the Art Department and the Music Department. The Music Department also includes a number of theatre programs for performance majors. The College of Visual & Performing Arts is also home to the UMHB Conservatory of Music, which offers non-credit classes to the Central Texas Community.

The UMHB Conservatory of Music is a non-credit program of the College of Visual and Performings Arts of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Our mission is to provide quality music instruction for the youth and adults of the Central Texas community and a teaching laboratory for Music Majors in the UMHB Department of Music.
