Physical Plant

The Physical Plant is a dedicated team at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor that keeps its campus running smoothly. They take care of everything from maintaining buildings and grounds to ensuring that all facilities are safe and comfortable for students, staff, and visitors. This team works hard behind the scenes to make sure our university is a beautiful, functional, and a welcoming place for everyone.

How to Contact Physical Plant:

Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM - (254) 295-4586

After Hours & On-Call - We have a staff member on campus until 10:00 PM M-F, and an On-Call technician after 10:00 PM. These staff members can only respond to a call from the Campus Police or a Resident Director. Please use the proper channel for an after hour request.

Emergencies - Emergencies are classified as anything that could cause property damage or bodily harm. An access control or extreme climate control problem may warrant an emergency as well. If a problem like this is present call the Service Center immediately at (254) 295-4586. If the problem occurs after hours, call Campus Police at (254) 295-5555.
