Alpha Chi is a national college honor scholarship society. Founded in 1934, the Texas Beta Chapter at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor is the second oldest chapter in the United States. The national constitution of Alpha Chi limits membership to the highest ten percent of the junior and senior classes. Thirty hours of your credit must have been earned in at least two semesters at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor to join the Texas Beta Chapter. Once you join Alpha Chi, you are a lifetime member.
AX's Fall Induction 2017 Ceremony was held on October 27.

Congratulations to Ashley Hastings (Environmental Science category) and Samantha Shamard (Art Research category). Combined, they earned $700 in scholarships at the NATIONAL convention. WOW!
