Fill out a Work Order https://bit.ly/UMHBWorkOrder. You will need to provide your contact information, specify the location of the issue (such as the room and building), and describe the problem you are experiencing.

You can report a variety of issues, including:

• Maintenance problems: broken windows, leaks, or damaged equipment.
• Electrical issues: power outages or faulty outlets.
• Plumbing concerns: clogged drains or low water pressure.
• HVAC problems: heating or cooling malfunctions.

If you're unsure whether your issue should be reported to the Physical Plant, feel free to reach out for guidance!

Please call campus police or your RD and they will contact one of our technicians. In case of an emergency (like gas leak or fire), immediately call 911 and report to your RD.

The time it takes depends on the issue: Urgent requests (like safety concerns) are usually handled within 24 hours. Non-urgent requests (like routine fixes) are completed within 1–5 business days.
