Reserve a Room

Reserving Conference Rooms**

Faculty and staff have priority but must reserve the room through Event Services - ext. 4004.

Students: Ask about availability and make reservations at the Circulation Desk.

Group Study in Conference Rooms By Reservation Only

Minimum 3 students with time limit of 2 hours. Members of the same group may not reserve consecutive times. If the room is not needed by another group, it can be renewed hourly (one hour at a time) if available.

Groups of less than 3 may use the room but are not able to reserve it and must surrender to groups of 3 or more.

Conference rooms have white boards and wi-fi access. There are no computers available in the conference rooms.

**Use of library conference rooms is restricted to UMHB faculty, staff, and current students**

Library Classroom

The library classroom contains 36 student computers (24 in the south end and 12 in the north end), 2 instructor stations, white boards, and a printer.

Library classroom reservations are available through the Master Calendar system and must be reserved through Event Services.
